• Describe symptoms of a problem you are having and one of our senior vehicle techs will do their best to point you in the right direction. Keep in mind that many car problems are difficult to diagnose without having the car available on-site to run tests and troubleshooting procedures.

• Request an estimate for repairs on your vehicle. Please realize that we cannot guarantee any self-diagnosed repairs will fix your problem.  Any diagnosis & repair performed by Archer’s is warranted for 24 months and 24,000 miles.  We cannot extend this security on certain work performed exclusively by customer request.  Basic brake jobs, batteries, etc. are straightforward enough, but we would prefer you allow our technicians to diagnose most issues where there can be multiple causes.

• Express any maintenance concern you are having with your car.  Perhaps you read an article or heard an anecdote from a friend about cars and you want confirmation on the information you received.  Allow our senior technician to dispel any rumors about routine car maintenance.
