Warning lights usually signal that a certain system is registering abnormal performance within your vehicle’s computer. Dashboard gauges monitor your car’s engine temperature, battery amperage, oil pressure, etc. While extreme readings usually mean there may be a serious problem, there are times when the lights or gauges are malfunctioning themselves.
